Key Responsibilities

• Manage unit cost budgets, performance reporting, and financial models
• Guide the development of competitive provider networks focused on cost performance
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance with standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network management with accountability for business results
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• 2+ years of experience with provider contracting
• Expert knowledge of Medicare Resource Based Relative Value System (RBRVS) and related systems
