Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of network strategy to ensure a comprehensive and compliant provider network
• Oversee provider contracting, recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management
• Monitor network performance and compliance, implementing corrective actions as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or a related field required
• Master's degree in a related discipline preferred
• Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in provider contracting or network development
• Strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement methodologies
• Experience managing provider networks that support multi-service care delivery models
