Network Onboarding Specialist
Job Summary
To support the Network & Clinical Quality team, the remote Network Onboarding Specialist will manage day-to-day onboarding workflows for 1099 and W2 providers, collaborate on process improvements, and assist with enrollment reporting, all while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and support daily operations for onboarding 1099 and W2 workflows
- Collaborate with the Network Onboarding Manager to streamline onboarding processes and address operational challenges
- Report on enrollment trends and identify areas for improvement in onboarding efficiency
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree preferred
- 1 - 2 years of customer-facing experience required
- Strong interest in working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with onboarding platforms is a plus
- Ability to document and execute onboarding requirements effectively
