Network Operations Administrator

Job Summary

Supporting the stability and performance of critical network infrastructure, the full-time Network Operations Administrator will monitor network health, respond to incidents, and troubleshoot connectivity issues in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor network and system health using automated tools and dashboards
• Respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests in accordance with established procedures and SLAs
• Assist with installation, configuration, and administration of LAN/WAN environments and networking hardware

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience in network or systems operations
• Foundational understanding of networking concepts, devices, and services
• Working knowledge of Linux environments and LAMP stack fundamentals
• Basic experience with server networking configuration and maintenance
