Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst for a remote contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Enterprise Network Operations Center (NOC) Team within the Resiliency team
Improve IT business performance through proactive monitoring, diagnostics, and predictive analysis
Monitor and maintain operational awareness of IT services

Required Qualifications

Experience monitoring network/telecom infrastructure
Ability to provide first-level troubleshooting and incident ticket coordination
Experience leading service alert notifications and supporting technical assistance center (TAC) lines
Accredited Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
US citizenship required due to program access
