Network Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Operations Analyst to support critical infrastructure and ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and monitor servers, network devices, and enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and support integration projects

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with networking devices such as Cisco routers and switches
• 4+ years of experience with Red Hat Linux in an enterprise environment
• Working knowledge or support experience with IBM MQ
• 2-3 years of experience with WebSphere Application Server
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server (various versions)
