Network Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated individual for a full-time remote Network Operations Analyst II position, responsible for proactively monitoring customer network infrastructure, managing trouble tickets, and performing basic troubleshooting to enhance broadband and telecommunications initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Actively monitor customer network infrastructure using established NOC tools to identify issues and respond to alarms
• Create, work, and update trouble tickets for network issues with accuracy and attention to detail
• Perform initial diagnosis of connectivity issues by following Standard Operating Procedures and troubleshooting guides

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience in a NOC or technical support environment
• Strong understanding of Internet connectivity, IP addressing, and the function of routers/switches
• High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred
• Proven experience interacting with customers or clients in a technical support capacity
• Familiarity with general computing and ability to master new network monitoring software quickly
