Network Operations Center Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer I.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Production and Enterprise Infrastructure and respond to alarms according to documented SLAs
• Collaborate with Engineering and Customer Support teams to remediate alarms and incidents
• Improve the environment through optimization and automation while maintaining documentation

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a help desk environment or NOC role, preferably in a cloud-based setting
• Experience with enterprise monitoring tools and incident management platforms
• Familiarity with Infrastructure operations, particularly AWS or Azure
• Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn complex products or services
• Comfort working in a command-line environment and with container-based technologies
