Network Operations Center Manager
Job Summary
Overseeing the organization's network infrastructure, the full-time remote Network Operations Center Manager will supervise a team of NOC engineers, monitor network performance, and implement solutions to ensure optimal service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the NOC team to ensure network availability and efficiency
- Monitor network performance, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for the NOC team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Knowledge of OpenNMS, LibreNMS, zabbix preferred
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and software
- Native English speaker or English C2 level; multilingual skills (Spanish, Chinese) a plus
