Network Operations Center Senior Associate
Job Summary
To oversee network infrastructure and ensure optimal performance, the fully remote Network Operations Center Senior Associate will supervise NOC activities, monitor network performance, and develop standard operating procedures while leading a team of engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate NOC activities to maintain network availability and reliability
- Monitor network performance, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and best practices for the NOC team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network management, including 2 years in a leadership role
- Knowledge of OpenNMS, LibreNMS, and zabbix is preferred
- Experience with Mikrotik and Siklu is a plus
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and software
