Job Summary

Leading a dedicated team, the full-time Network Operations Center Supervisor will oversee the performance and operational effectiveness of a 24x7 NOC, ensuring timely monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of network events while collaborating with various departments in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise NOC Team Leads and Technicians, providing coaching and performance management
• Oversee real-time monitoring and incident response for network infrastructure, ensuring service continuity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and customer experience

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Network Operations Center or related environment
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience managing technical teams
• Strong understanding of network operations and incident management processes
• Experience managing personnel in a 24x7 operational setting
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP Networking, Routing & Switching, and various network technologies
