Job Summary
Leading a team of NOC technicians, the full-time Supervisor, Network Operations Center (NOC) will manage day-to-day monitoring of network health, oversee troubleshooting efforts, and facilitate training while ensuring optimal staffing for a 4 day/10-hour shift schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise NOC technicians during shifts, managing network events and escalations
- Maintain documentation and provide technical support for network issues and customer communications
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of NOC staff and improve operational processes
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of five years of NOC Tier 1 experience or three years as a NOC Tier 2/3
- Ability to manage shift scheduling for a 4 day/10-hour workweek
- Proficient in troubleshooting and using NOC tools for issue identification
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on customer service
