A company is looking for a Network Operations Coordinator 3

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining provider relations and supporting customer service activities through data management
• Managing provider data, audits, service, relations, credentialing, and contract systems
• Executing processes for managing provider perceived service failures

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in administrative or customer support within the health insurance industry
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, including vlookups
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
• Previous experience in claims and contract interpretation
• Knowledge of specific Humana systems (APEX, PMDM, PAAG)
