Job Summary

Supporting the Executive Director in maintaining relationships with Network partners, the full-time remote Network Operations Coordinator will manage communications, logistics, and documentation while coordinating meetings and training initiatives to ensure effective partnership operations.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for NatureServe-Network communications, tracking updates and managing inquiries from Network representatives
  • Coordinate and facilitate Network meetings and events, including logistics, budgeting, and follow-up communications
  • Support the Executive Director with Board meeting preparations and maintain records related to Network engagement and health metrics
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a coordination, operations, or partnership support role, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder relationships
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and document management platforms (SharePoint or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting correspondence and meeting summaries
  • Event coordination experience, including managing logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships
