Job Summary

Managing provider data for health plans, the full-time Network Operations Coordinator will oversee demographics, rates, contract intent, and service failures while executing provider audits and managing credentialing and contract management systems in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage provider data, including demographics, rates, and contract intent
• Oversee provider audits and service relations, ensuring compliance and quality
• Execute processes for intake and manage perceived service failures from providers

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting with providers and payors
• Data analytic experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment
