Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Operations Engineer for a Return-to-Work Program.

Key Responsibilities

Handle alerts, incidents, service requests, and changes within SLA, owning customer escalations
Perform provisioning and upgrades of infrastructure components and network solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve customer environment issues along with root cause analysis

Required Qualifications

3+ years of enterprise scale cloud operations or cloud engineering experience
2+ years of experience in Pega
2+ years of hands-on operational experience with AWS network topology and services
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
AWS or GCP Certification preferred
