Network Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Operations Manager to oversee network operations in the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security
• Lead and mentor a team of network engineers and technicians, promoting skill development and collaboration
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance network efficiency, reliability, and security

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Communications, Engineering, or equivalent; Master's degree preferred
• 8 - 10 years of experience in network operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Proficiency in network protocols, technologies, and infrastructure components
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable
• Experience working in an ITIL-focused support organization with incident, problem, and change management processes
