A company is looking for a Network Operations Manager responsible for operationalizing the strategic vision of Clinical Operations to support global account growth in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of clinical providers
• Drive network expansion and track operational metrics to meet service level agreements
• Support clinical governance through auditing, training, and addressing affiliate complaints

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of operations management experience with a clinical background
• Strong understanding of data analysis for operational decision-making
• Familiarity with the Canadian healthcare landscape and regulatory requirements
