Network Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Operations Manager to provide operational and technical leadership for enterprise network services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise Voice, Data, and Video teams supporting enterprise operations
• Oversee administration of managed network and unified communications services across various networks
• Lead network incident triage and restoration efforts for service-impacting events

Required Qualifications

• Must meet citizenship/work authorization contract requirements
• Ability to obtain and maintain SEC Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering)
• 10+ years of experience managing telecommunications network design, implementation, and operations
• Demonstrated experience leading Voice, Data, and Video network administration and integration/testing
