Network Operations Manager

Job Summary

To ensure reliable network performance, the full-time Network Operations Manager will provide operational and technical leadership for enterprise network services, managing teams responsible for telecommunications network design, implementation, and day-to-day operations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise Voice, Data, and Video teams to meet service expectations and schedule commitments
• Oversee administration of managed network services and ensure network availability in a 24x7x365 environment
• Provide technical leadership for integration and testing of complex network solutions, ensuring compliance with approved standards

Required qualifications

• Must meet contract citizenship requirements
• Ability to obtain and maintain SEC Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering)
• 10+ years of experience managing telecommunications network design and operations
• Demonstrated experience in reviewing technical work products for adherence to design and user standards
