Network Operations Manager

Job Summary

Providing operational and technical leadership, the full-time Network Operations Manager will oversee telecommunications network design, implementation, and daily operations for enterprise services, ensuring compliance and performance in a primarily remote setting with occasional onsite collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise Voice, Data, and Video teams to meet service expectations and schedule commitments
• Oversee administration and operational activities of managed network services to ensure continuous performance
• Lead network incident triage and restoration efforts while analyzing operational issues for service quality improvement

Required qualifications

• Must meet contract citizenship requirements
• Ability to obtain and maintain SEC Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology or Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in telecommunications network management
• Demonstrated experience in reviewing technical work products for adherence to design and user standards
