Network Operations Manager
Job Summary
To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time Network Operations Manager will lead the management system for Network Operations, focusing on automation, operational readiness, and continuous improvement while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead the Operational Excellence function, including its operating model and governance
- Own the automation and tooling strategy for Network Operations, prioritizing work that reduces manual effort and operational risk
- Define and govern operational-readiness criteria for new products and services before production handoff
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience supporting or operating large-scale production environments
- Experience supporting broadband, telecommunications, or service provider solutions
- Strong understanding of customer-premises equipment (CPE) including broadband gateways and routers
- Experience working closely with DevOps and Platform Engineering teams supporting CI/CD pipelines
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, operations, or equivalent practical experience
