Network Operations Planner

Job Summary

Network Operations Planner is a full-time position responsible for scheduling, dispatching, and coordinating field resources to meet service commitments using Field Service Lightning.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch internal technicians and third-party contractors while managing service appointments
• Serve as the central point of contact for technicians, addressing changes and ensuring successful job execution
• Align with local operations managers to manage day-of disruptions and ensure coverage

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience, with at least 3 years directly related to the job
• Ability to learn and use scheduling/dispatch software, with experience in Salesforce FSL being a plus
• Prior experience in network operations or dispatching is desirable but not required
• Demonstrated organization and customer focus
