Network Operations Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Sr. Network Operations Reliability Engineer will manage and support global network data center operations, focusing on troubleshooting, network automation, and collaborating with development and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement software tools for proactive network monitoring and operational support
• Troubleshoot issues in large-scale enterprise network environments and resolve problems effectively
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours support and assist in the Change Management process

Required qualifications

• Experience with network components and vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto
• Knowledge of routing protocols, enterprise DNS, firewalls, and VPN technologies
• Proficiency in network automation scripting languages, including Python and Ansible
• Experience supporting 24x7x365 global network operations
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow and ITIL processes
