Network Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Operations Specialist responsible for monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted service for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network infrastructure using NMS tools and respond to alerts to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot network performance issues and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams
• Maintain detailed documentation of incidents and assist in network maintenance and upgrades

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred
• CCNA, CompTIA Network+, JNCIA, or equivalent certifications preferred
• 2+ years of experience in network operations, IT support, or telecommunications
• Hands-on experience with FTTP, fixed wireless networks, and enterprise environments is a plus
• Proficiency in network monitoring software and incident management systems
