Network Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Operations Specialist to support the rollout and operation of new telecom networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases for new functionality launches
• Configure devices and create repeatable runbooks for smooth deployments
• Gather customer feedback, manage trouble tickets, and identify root causes of issues

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cellular core network deployments
• Ability to analyze cellular system network trace data and packet captures
• Experience drafting methods of procedure (MOPs) and executing maintenance windows
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving network outages
• Familiarity with Agile practices and task management tools like Jira (preferred)
