Network Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Operations Specialist to monitor and maintain network infrastructure for uninterrupted customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network infrastructure using NMS tools and respond to alerts and incidents
• Troubleshoot network performance issues, document incidents, and coordinate resolutions
• Assist in network maintenance, upgrades, and the deployment of new hardware and software solutions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT, Network Engineering, or related field preferred
• CCNA, CompTIA Network+, JNCIA, or equivalent certifications preferred
• 2+ years of experience in network operations, IT support, or telecommunications
• Hands-on experience with fiber-to-the-premise (FTTP) and enterprise network environments is a plus
• Proficiency in network monitoring software and incident management systems
