Job Summary

The full-time Network Operations Specialist will maintain accurate provider network data, perform high-volume data entry and validation, and analyze information for trends while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintains provider network data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Performs data entry and validation related to provider demographics and enrollment documentation
• Analyzes reports to support network operations and assists in resolving provider data issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 2-5 years of experience in healthcare operations or related back-office healthcare environment
• Strong data entry and validation skills with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data sorting, filtering, and basic formulas
• Ability to analyze information and identify patterns or discrepancies
