Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Global Network Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities for assigned workers and ensure effective incident management
• Drive resolution of network outages and customer complaints while collaborating across multiple functions
• Mentor and coach technicians, facilitating training sessions and creating educational materials

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in telecommunications or related field preferred
• Five to seven years of related experience, with 0-1 year in a leadership role
• Knowledge of telecommunications support platforms and incident management processes
• ITIL certification and experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of Layer 1 network technologies and fiber optic systems
