Network Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

Network Operations Supervisor will oversee a remote, full-time position responsible for leading and managing enterprise applications, infrastructure platforms, and network services, ensuring their availability, reliability, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations for System and Network Operations teams and serve as an escalation point for complex incidents
• Provide oversight and technical leadership for enterprise platforms and SaaS solutions while managing application and platform lifecycle
• Drive quarterly planning for System & Network Operations, including resource allocation and operational maturity goals

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in enterprise IT operations, including systems and network operations
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role on a technical operations team
• Hands-on experience with enterprise systems administration and SaaS platforms
• Experience supporting and operating enterprise network environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise networking concepts
