Network Operations Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ops Tech II.

Key Responsibilities

• Own incidents from cradle to grave, isolating and resolving issues reported by customers
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting in a blended NOC and repair shop environment
• Document all actions and maintain accurate ticket reviews

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of managed DWDM network support/troubleshooting experience
• Experience with Ciena, Infinera, or Cisco equipment is highly desired
• Must be a US Citizen with NSA clearance required
• Understanding of fiber networks and ability to read data layout records
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is essential
