Network Operations Technician

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Operations Technician III will manage complex network installation and maintenance activities, resolve network issues, and monitor network performance using various software and hardware tools.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation and maintenance of customer and company network systems
• Resolve complex network problems involving hardware, software, and connectivity
• Conduct routine monitoring and maintenance of network performance and equipment

Required qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
• 3+ years of related experience in network systems
• Technical certification may be required
• Knowledge of IP subnetting, routing, IPSEC tunnels, IPVPN, and VRRP/HSRP
