Network Operations Technician
Job Summary
Working fully remote, the full-time Network Operations Technician will monitor system health, manage support tickets, and troubleshoot network issues while providing customer support during scheduled shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor, alert, and report on system and infrastructure health
- Open, review, resolve, manage, and close support tickets
- Perform troubleshooting steps to triage and mitigate system issues
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic understanding of IP and FTTX networks
- Experience with Microsoft desktop operating systems and Office 365
- Ability to research solutions using technical resources
- Preferred: Microsoft, A+, Network+, or CCNA certifications
