Job Summary
Providing advanced support in a hybrid work environment, the full-time Network Operations Technologist will manage LAN, WAN, Wireless, and Voice design and troubleshooting in a Cisco networking setting while mentoring junior team members.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the initial and escalation resource for network-related issues within the Network Operations team
- Perform in-depth operational, troubleshooting, and administrative duties for various network and communication technologies
- Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced Network Operations personnel
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field required
- Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience in a technology environment
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification preferred
