Network Optimization Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Optimization Planner responsible for optimizing access circuits and managing related projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reduce network-related expenses while managing circuit grooming projects
• Coordinate and project manage internal teams and external contacts to ensure project completion
• Oversee vendor billing reconciliation and dispute identification

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of five years' experience with complex projects/networks
• Expert knowledge of Type II/Off-net ordering systems and telecommunications service life cycle
• Experience in Access Planning, Capacity Planning, Circuit Design, and Billing Reconciliation
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently with minimal guidance
