Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Outreach Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound validation calls to providers to verify demographic details for client networks
• Contact members regarding preventive health activities and handle inbound service calls
• Assist provider offices with credentialing issues and maintain call documentation in databases

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a Managed Care environment
• Some experience with provider practices in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of the health insurance industry
• Proficient in MS Office products and personal computers in a Windows environment
