Network Performance Director

Job Summary

Leading network performance initiatives, the full-time National Network Performance Director will provide subject matter expertise in developing scalable cost of care strategies while working remotely from within the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and prioritize ideas for cost and network improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory constraints
• Lead discovery efforts through data analysis and stakeholder input to develop business cases and actionable strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert approved initiatives into standardized playbooks for local market execution

Required qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in a Managed Care environment or equivalent education and experience
• Experience in provider network contracting and management
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to translate corporate strategy into actionable roadmaps
• Excellent communication skills across all leadership levels
