A company is looking for a Network Planning Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities

• Creates 911 network plans considering network diversity, cost effectiveness, and provider requirements
• Manages install, change, and disconnect orders for 911 DS1s and DS0s to support network activities
• Monitors network utilization and initiates actions to address capacity needs

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience in a 911 planning role
• Comprehensive understanding of 911 network architecture and complex network designs
• Experience planning and project managing the installation and modification of TDM and SIP circuits
• Proven project management skills with a focus on cost savings and time-sensitive projects
• Strong data/economic analysis and decision-making skills
