Network Planning Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the remote Manager Network Planning & Strategic Communications will develop strategic narratives and executive communications, analyze network data, and drive alignment across organizational priorities while leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the development of strategic messaging and executive-level presentations that communicate complex initiatives to senior leadership
• Serve as a cross-domain planning generalist, synthesizing inputs from various teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field
• 6+ years of experience in network planning, telecom strategy, data analytics, or a related discipline
• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring a team
• Proven ability to develop executive-level content and presentations
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, Excel)
