Network Planning Manager

Job Summary

To support the strategy and growth of a global network infrastructure environment, the full-time remote Manager of Network Planning will manage capacity forecasting, coordinate infrastructure expansion projects, and partner with cross-functional teams to align network priorities with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting network planning initiatives, including capacity forecasting and long-term growth planning
• Coordinating network expansion projects to ensure readiness for customer demand and business objectives
• Driving process improvements and automation initiatives using Python, APIs, and data-driven workflows

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Network Planning, Network Engineering, or related fields within telecommunications or datacenter environments
• Strong understanding of Layer 1, Layer 2, and Layer 3 networking, including fiber infrastructure and large-scale network architectures
• Experience supporting capacity planning and infrastructure deployment strategies
• Hands-on experience with automation technologies and analytics tools
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with various stakeholders
