Network Planning Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of planners, the full-time remote Network Planning Manager will execute network capacity and infrastructure plans, ensuring alignment across various departments while leveraging data and analytics to improve planning efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of network planners to ensure timely execution of planning deliverables and adherence to standards
• Oversee the execution of network capacity plans, including management of capacity, headroom, and demand fulfillment
• Translate demand inputs into actionable work plans and provide insights for capital planning processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Telecommunications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in network planning, engineering, or telecommunications operations
• 3+ years of people leadership or team management experience
• Experience with capacity planning, network design, or infrastructure delivery
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
