Network Planning Manager

Job Summary

Owning the supply side of the HCP network, the full-time salaried Manager, Network Planning & Operations will manage provider availability, contribute to RFP responses, and collaborate with Sales and Data & Analytics to ensure accurate capacity planning, all while working remotely or from Atlanta, GA, or New York, NY.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute supply-side data to RFP responses and support scalable deal sign-off workflows
• Own provider availability checks, assessing HCP supply against campaign requirements to prevent delivery issues
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics to align inventory tooling with network forecasting and deliver inventory reporting to commercial leadership

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, capacity management, or a related operations discipline
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools for searching and interpreting outputs
• Detail-oriented and proactive, capable of managing competing priorities
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, or data-driven B2B is a plus
• Energized by building structure and process in a high-growth environment
