Network Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing the relationship between Kyndryl and the Network provider on the RTX account, the full-time remote Network Program Manager will oversee multiple interdependent network projects, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with strategic priorities, and effective coordination among various teams and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide centralized oversight of network initiatives, including data center builds, security enhancements, and WAN/SD WAN rollouts
• Act as the coordination point among Network Engineering, Operations, Security, and other teams to manage project dependencies, risks, and budgets
• Lead delivery teams to ensure high-quality IT services and support incident, problem, and change management processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting large, complex aerospace or defense enterprise environments
• Familiarity with legacy network architectures and modernization efforts
• Experience operating within regulated, multi-site, globally distributed environments
• Relevant IT service management or networking certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP)
• Proven ability to navigate account-specific governance and stakeholder dynamics
