Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of core programs, including mentorship and training initiatives
• Cultivate and manage partnerships with organizations, mentors, and trainers to enhance program offerings

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in food systems or community work
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Experience in process design and facilitation of peer learning or leadership development
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse partners and communities
• Comfortable with virtual collaboration tools and decentralized work environments
