Network Project Coordinator

Job Summary

Network Project Coordinator, a remote contract position responsible for supporting and implementing network and telephony hardware/software deployments for North America stores while managing onsite technicians and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for network/telephony store activity and coordinate with construction resources
• Configure network and telephony hardware and manage vendor communications and escalations
• Track project status and provide weekly status summary reports for network-related activities

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• At least 4 years of previous IT experience preferred
• At least 2 years of networking experience preferred, including routers, switches, and telephony systems
• Previous project management or coordination experience preferred
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Service Now, and Microsoft Office Applications
