Network Project Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 3 Network Project Engineer, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and deliver on project scopes while collaborating with the project management team
• Interact professionally with clients and provide escalated customer support
• Document resolutions and build knowledge base articles while troubleshooting advanced network issues

Required Qualifications

• Formal education preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree or technical equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in network engineering technologies
• Strong knowledge of switches, routers, firewalls, and SD-WAN
• Understanding of NAT/PAT, EIGRP/OSPF/BGP, and MPLS/VPLS
• Preferred certifications include CCNP, NSE7, and PCNSE
