Job Summary

Managing operational quality oversight, the full-time salaried Network Quality Manager will supervise auditors and analysts while ensuring provider data integrity and compliance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of auditors and analyst teams to ensure quality oversight of provider data
• Monitor provider data quality trends and support audit readiness and corrective action management
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks within provider networks

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of Team Lead/SME experience with a focus on leadership and emotional intelligence
• 1+ years of auditing experience
• Experience in operational oversight related to provider data, network operations, or compliance functions
• Proficiency in analyzing operational metrics and supporting process improvement activities
• Ability to work independently in less structured environments and communicate operational risks to stakeholders
