Network Real Estate Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer - III.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage real estate pre-construction efforts for macro new build and modification programs
• Supervise third-party vendors in due diligence, lease negotiations, and obtaining governmental approvals
• Collaborate with internal teams and assist with special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• Telecom/wireless experience with strong pre-construction project management
• Experience managing site acquisition agents and vendors
• Previous carrier experience, preferably with Verizon
• Familiarity with the upper midwestern region
• Experience with database tracking systems/tools (FUZE preferred)
