Network Real Estate Specialist

Job Summary

Managing real estate pre-construction efforts remotely, the contract Network Real Estate Specialist III will oversee site acquisition and vendor management for macro and small cell projects in the Great Plains Submarket while ensuring timely completion of milestones and governmental approvals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage real estate efforts for new build programs and service improvements, including vendor oversight and project milestones
• Supervise third-party vendors in due diligence, lease negotiations, and workflow management
• Collaborate with internal teams and assist with special projects as needed

Required qualifications

• Telecom/wireless experience with strong pre-construction project management skills
• Experience managing site acquisition agents and vendors, preferably with TMO/AT&T/Verizon
• Familiarity with the upper midwestern region
• Proven ability to forecast deliverables and understand project milestones
• Experience with database tracking systems/tools, such as FUZE, is preferred
