Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Real Estate Specialist III.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage real estate pre-construction efforts for 4G/5G macro new builds and modifications
• Oversee vendor activities, including site acquisition and A&E partners, to achieve project milestones
• Negotiate leases, manage workflow forecasts, and obtain necessary governmental approvals and permits

Required Qualifications

• Telecom/wireless experience with strong project management skills
• Previous carrier experience, preferably with Verizon
• Familiarity with projects involving large and small tower companies/owners
• Experience in forecasting deliverables and maintaining database information
• Ability to work under pressure to meet aggressive timelines
